Interviewed In HOW Magazine

Well it’s been a few years coming and I’ve finally got my name in a real design magazine. I was part of a story called “Putting a Fresh Face on Faith” by Lisa Baggerman Hazen in the December 2007 issue of HOW magazine.
The story starts with a really large issue of RELEVANT magazine (which i’ve been a part of creating since 2004). It was really great to get the recognition in the design world for our hard work with the magazine. The feature begins on page 100 of the issue, so be sure to check it out. Here’s a peek at a little of the text for the story to wet your appetite before you get your very own issue.
“Christianity is the world’s largest religion. But its look is too often old-fashioned and unappealing to savvy young believers. So a new crop of creatives is reinventing design for a hip Christian audience—and taking it mainstream.”
HOW also noted:
“RELEVANT is responsible for creating and publishing some of today’s most progressive design materials for the Christian audience. One of the most notable things about RELEVANT is how it integrates popular culture with religious messages.”

congrats, would of been better if they named dropped you and your work personally.
It’s true, but I have to start somewhere. At least somebody in the design world noticed us.
Great story, I caught it at B&N today! Congrats with all this as it is well deserved. All the best.
congrats! i’ll have to pick up that issue…
btw, great work, really digging your style of design. inspiring to say the least.
