INSPIRATION ALERT: We made our way to the Surf Expo yet again on January 12 to visit clients and see what’s happening industry wide. The show felt a little light, but there’s still always inspriation to be found. Here’s a bit of the random that grabbed us between meetings.

Saltwater hippy kicked their booth up a lot with tons of vintage items all around in addition to their old rusty bus that everyone loves.

Met Chelsea, the #girlboss from Sunshine State Goods… and had a great visit.

LURE TURNS 20

Our friends at Lure Design in Orlando just passed the 20 year mark in the industry and wanted to celebrate with a big bash on February 17th. It was an event attended by all. The Lure Crew of Jeff, Sarah and Paul did a really great job of sharing the greatest hits of the studio and their work in fun ways. Here's a look at what you missed minus all the people...

Some new work we did for Yolo 2018 just dropped and they put together a nice video that highlights this year's new turtle board the Sugar Skull turtle painted up for your pleasure and a new Serenity colorway design. Enjoy!

Here's a look at some random inspirations we spotted between client meetings at January's Surf Expo. The show seemed a bit smaller than years past, but there's still always heaps of inspiration around.

Corkcicle had a really nice booth, although they were too busy on the inside to take a decent photo of all the sweet details.

Tagless is usually the way to go, but we can make an exception for John's tastefully simple tags for the wovens.

SEASUPGO - GRAND OPENING

On May 14th, my boys and I  headed south to Vero Beach to celebrate the grand opening of one of our client's new paddle & surf shop, SeaSupGo. Earlier this year we developed their new logo, signage and other materials they'd need for the shop in preparation for their move from the Savannah Georgia area down to Vero beach. It was nice to the see the logo around the shop on all kinds of merch like hats and tees.

The Grand Openging event was low-key, but there was a steady stream of people checking things out, buying merch, sampling the snacks and taking the Bote paddle boards out for a spin.

It was a fun day. It's nice to get out of town every now and then. Congrats again to Jen and Barrett on opening the SeaSupGo shop..
